What an amazing 2025! As we reach the end of another year, we can reflect on some of the highlights from this year.

Over 250 players signed up for this year’s programme, leading to four teams being selected.

The Girls won the UK Lions Championships did the second time in four years, whilst the other three teams reached the semi finals.

In the summer, the Girls u14s won the Mercia Cup, whilst the Boys u14s and u16s teams competed excellently.

The year then finished with indoor as four teams competed at the Indoor Hockey UK Championships. Overall an amazing year for Marauders.

2026 awaits and the next Marauders Programme will be launching soon. Keep an eye out for sign ups opening as we look forward to more brilliant hockey and fantastic opportunities in 2026.

Marauders moved indoors to finish 2025, heading to the fantastic @indoorhockeyuk Championships at Nottingham.
We fielded Boys and Girls u14s and u16s teams, giving players from clubs across the Midlands to represent the Marauders again and play indoor hockey.
The standards across all age groups was incredibly high, but all the teams performed very credibly and developed their indoor skills.
A special mention to Boys u14s goalkeeper Cameron Smith from @north_staffordhc who was awarded Goalkeeper of the Tournament in his age category.
